With more than 30 years of fly fishing and hunting experience across the Taupo region, Marc brings a deep understanding of its rivers and streams, seasons and wild back country. Having lived in Taupo for much of his life, he knows where to find rewarding water, how local conditions shape the fishing and what it takes to make the most of every opportunity .

Marc's guiding style is relaxed, personal and highly attentive. He looks beyond the obvious spots often seeking out quieter water and more memorable fishing experiences away from the crowds. Whether you are new to fly fishing or an experienced angler, Marc combines local insight, practical knowledge and genuine enthusiasm to help you fish with confidence and enjoy every moment on the river.

For Marc a successful day is about more than catching trout. It is about sharing the character of New Zealand's central North Island, respecting the fishery and creating an authentic and rewarding experience in some of the country's most spectacular landscapes.

When Marc isn't guiding, you'll find him outdoors with his family, enjoying the things he loves most, hunting, fishing and making the most of the great outdoors.  He is a true family man and loves nothing more than sharing his passion for the outdoors and creating memories with the people closest to him.
